4-H Customer Satisfaction Survey

As part of their effort to be transparent and improve services to their county partners the State 4-H Youth Development, staff have developed an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback from their stakeholders.

The survey is entrenched in the work begun by the County 4-H Staff Taskforce and its guiding document 4-H Core Principles and Organizational Structure .

They are asking County Youth Coordinators, County Directors, Regional Directors, and Extension Council members to take the time to share your thoughts and opinions as to how they are doing with regard to serving your needs.

At the end of the survey you will be automatically directed to the Interactive 2017 4-H Annual Report.  Please take a few minutes to find out of about their 4-H successes from the year.
